ToySRAM 'shard'

• hard array is decomposed into custom/RTL macros:

  • partial components

    • 16x12 custom subarray
    • RTL for internal logic

  • full components (netlist-style)

    • 16x12 custom subarray
    • wordline decoder

Compile

• 64x24 single array
