Looks like there are issues with how hyperlinks are displayed (forcing much extra whitespace around them) which can look silly, for example in the first bullet on page 1. Also, plenty of examples where hyperlinks have line breaks at strange places.

We should take a look at all hyperlinks and make them look clean.

I'll go ahead and close this. We can still improve how some of these look individually, but this isn't anything to hold up the document over.
