Need to update license in build to GNU Free Documentation #1

When JAR 1.5 becomes available, bk_main.xml needs to be updated to use the proper license. Currently set to ApachV2 because that's the closest at this time.

Just curious, will this be a blocker to releasing the document?

The document now reads as follows:

Licensed under the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.3; with no Invariants Sections, with no Front-Cover Texts, and with
no Back-Cover Texts (the "License"); you may not use this file except in compliance with the License. You may obtain a copy of the
License at
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl-1.3.txt
